‘We want to live in a world where everyone has the opportunity to be an entrepreneur’: The future of philanthropy
A new social equity framework developed by Oxford University and Cambridge University calls for a new social framework to govern the way we fund and support philanthropic endeavours.
The framework will underpin new measures that encourage philanthropic institutions to engage with the broader philanthropic community, and it will be used by governments, foundations and other organisations to monitor progress in achieving social equity.
The new framework is part of the Oxford’s Global Impact Initiative (GEI) programme, which aims to develop and implement a set of principles for philanthropy that will shape the world’s philanthropic culture over the coming decades.
